What if...
You need to cancel your registration within 24 hours of purchase	Cancel for any reason within 24 hours of registering and receive a full refund, no questions asked!
You would like to utilize a no-interest payment plan	Register for camp with a deposit of $50. The remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments auto-billed on the 1st of each month. Final payment is due on the 1st day of the month before your camp session starts. A valid credit card must be on file with us for automated monthly billing. Payment Plans are available until June 15th.
You need to change your registration to a different camp	Prior to May 1, we’ll make that change for free! On or after May 1, up to two weeks before the first day of your camp, you will be charged a Transfer Fee of $100 for Day Camp or $250 for Expeditions or Overnight Camp. NEW! Basecamp Transfers will be charged $50. All transfers are subject to availability and must be in the same calendar year. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate transfers less than two weeks before your camp starts. You can self-transfer your camper's registration through your Active Parent Portal. Please Note: If you register before prices increase on January 1st, or if you were pre-registered for Overnight Camp, please contact us to complete your transfer to maintain your original purchase price. For all transfer issues or questions, please contact us here.
You need to cancel your Day, Overnight or Expedition registration	Before February 28th: we offer a 95% refund or 100% credit. Credits must be redeemed within the same calendar year, either for the current camp season, or for next summer by registering before 12/31. Between March 1 and April 30: we offer a 65% refund or 80% credit. Credits must be redeemed within the same calendar year, either for the current camp season, or for next summer by registering before 12/31. On or after May 1: no refund or credit is available if you choose to cancel. You can self-cancel your camper's registration through your Active Parent Portal.
You need to cancel your Basecamp registration	Before May 1: we offer a 95% refund or 100% credit. Credits must be redeemed within the same calendar year, either for the current camp season, or for next summer by registering before 12/31. On or After May 1: no refund or credit is available if you choose to cancel. You can self-cancel your camper's registration through your Active Parent Portal.
Avid4 needs to cancel before the start of your camp session and it is because of external mandates or health orders	Receive 100% of amounts back - 90% paid as a refund to the original payment method and 10% paid as credit that can be used for any Avid4 Adventure purchases within the same calendar year.
Avid4 needs to cancel before the start of your camp session and it is NOT because of external mandates or health orders	Receive 100% of the amounts paid as a refund back to the original payment method or 110% as credit that can be used for any Avid4 Adventure purchases within the same calendar year.
Avid4 needs to cancel for any reason after the start of your camp session	Receive credit for the prorated amount of your remaining camp good for any Avid4 Adventure purchases within the same calendar year.

At every Avid4 Adventure camp, we promise to provide your child:

1. An authentic outdoor adventure.
2. Incredibly well-trained and professional staff.
3. Increased confidence.

We also promise to deliver YOU (our parents) customer support that exceeds your expectations.

The Avid4 Adventure Guarantee holds us accountable for these promises.  If we do not meet these promises for you or your child during your camp program, then your next Avid4 Adventure camp is on us!

A few additional details:

• You can redeem your guaranteed free camp this summer or next summer.
• The free camp session must be the same type of camp your child originally attended when the guarantee was claimed.
• The guarantee needs to be claimed within 1 week of the last day of your child’s camp.
• The guarantee is not valid if your child is asked to leave their program for behavioral reasons.
• The guarantee is not valid if your child does not participate at all in the camp program or in the case of camp cancellation.
