Avid4 Adventure is excited to partner with IENA and Camp Leaders to support J-1 visas for international staff! We pay a fee directly to these agencies that covers a portion of the cost for you to obtain your J-1 visa, which is why compensation looks a little different for international staff. There are some fees that are your individual responsibility, as well. During your interview, we will discuss the J-1 process and provide you with specific compensation details based on the position that interests you.
