Why We Charge What We Do

We recognize that Avid4 Adventure is a premium camp. In order to deliver the experience that you and your family deserve, we need to hire the highest quality educators you can find in a youth program.

1. We recruit, hire, and train high-class outdoor educators.
2. We will be hiring approximately 500 educators to provide authentic outdoor adventures across all of our camps.
3. Our educators are essential workers, and we are 100% committed to paying them a fair wage.
