It is important to us that you are able to make an anonymous complaint. It is also important that we collect enough information for us to follow up and address the situation. In any follow up, we will take all possible measures to maintain confidentiality. If you provide your name and contact information, you will be the first person we reach out to. To help us determine the next best steps, please include the following information in your message: 

• Time, date, and location of incident 
• If there were witnesses or other people involved. Please provide names. 
• Reporting relationships of people involved, i.e. if the incident involves a manager or camp leadership 
• A description of what happened, sticking as much to the facts as possible 

Avid4 Adventure strictly prohibits retaliation against an employee for filing a complaint under these categories or for assisting in a complaint investigation. If you perceive retaliation for making a complaint or your participation in the investigation, please contact [email protected] or file another complaint.
