What You Can Do!

Rock Climbing & Stand Up Paddleboarding

Mountain Biking

This multi-sport camp offers 2-3 days of rock climbing and 2-3 days of stand up paddleboarding. Campers will meet their instructor at local crags to learn the ins and outs of skillful scaling, including climbing techniques, equipment use and safety precautions. On water days, campers will meet at local paddling destinations and learn to balance on their boards through games and challenges.

This camp is offered for 2nd-4th or 4th-7th grade campers. Avid4 Adventure will provide any gear required.

Campers will spend the week building confidence outdoors and furthering their skills in mountain biking. We’ll get kids familiar with biking technique, safety and equipment out on local trails.

Please note: campers must be confident with riding a bike on two wheels on a dirt trail. Kids are also required to bring their own bikes (please ensure tuned & ready) and helmets. This camp is offered for 2nd-4th and 4th-7th grades.

What is one fun fact about you?

Last year before going to college I took a gap year and got the chance to travel to some awesome new countries and see a little more of the world!

Why do you enjoy working with kids?

I love sharing a passion for the outdoors with kids. They are always eager to learn and stoked to try new things!

WE TAKE SAFETY SERIOUSLY

While no outdoor adventure is totally risk-free, we work hard to keep your kids safe. Every activity starts with a discussion about the risks involved -- what they are, how to prevent them, how to respond if something goes wrong -- so kids learn how to approach challenges with intelligence and skill.

OUR APPROACH TO SAFETY
