Starting Rates

Our day camps are scattered throughout the Bay area – from Mill Valley to Cupertino to Oakland. As a certified B Corp, we base our starting instructor pay on the living wage in the area!

Starting hourly rates:

Instructor

$22.50/hour

Instructors with the following Avid4 Training Completion: Survival Skills, Mountain Biking, Flatwater Paddling

$23.00/hour

Instructors with the following Avid4 Training Completion: Rock Climbing, Moving Water

$24.00/hour

Aftercare Supervisor

$27.00/hour

Assistant Camp Director

$1,215/week

Camp Director

$1,400/week
