Starting Rates

Our day camps are scattered throughout the Bay area with locations in Menlo Park, Burlingame, and Oakland. As a certified B Corp, we base our starting instructor pay on the living wage in the area!

Starting hourly rates:

Instructor

$23.00/hour

Instructors with the following Avid4 Training Completion: Survival Skills, Mountain Biking

$23.60/hour

Instructors with the following Avid4 Training Completion: Rock Climbing

$24.75/hour

Aftercare Supervisor

$26.45/hour

Assistant Camp Director

$1,242/week

$1,437.50/week
